Hi, I’m Tiffany, founder of Loud & Clear Ears.
I’ve been running my microsuction ear wax removal clinic since 2021, having qualified in 2019 with full accreditation. Before starting my own clinic, I worked within the NHS, where I gained valuable experience caring for and supporting patients.
At Loud & Clear Ears, I’m passionate about providing safe, professional and personalised microsuction ear wax removal in a warm, friendly and welcoming environment.
I understand how frustrating blocked ears and hearing difficulties can be, which is why I take the time to listen to each client and tailor the service to their individual needs. We welcome clients of all ages and aim to make every appointment as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

What is microsuction ear-wax removal?
- A clinician uses a Otoscope to see clearly inside your ear.
- A small suction device removes the wax without flushing the ear with water.
- It can be a little noisy, but it is generally quick and well tolerated.
- If the wax is hard or impacted, removal may feel slightly uncomfortable.
- Softening the wax beforehand can make the procedure easier and more comfortable.
- Using an olive-oil spray such from a Pharmacy for 3–5 days prior to the appointment, including on the morning of treatment, allowing the oil to sit in the ear canal for at least 10 minutes. This will allow the procedure to be a comforting one.
