Cancellation Policy

I do have a 48hr cancellation policy. A 50% holding fee is required to secure your appointment this is deducted from the service price on the day of you booking. The appointment can be rescheduled anytime before this at no charge. Any movement after this time without good cause will result in the holding fee being lost, to secure a new booking a new holding fee must be paid. Cancellations on the day of your booking require 100% payment of the booking before another appointment will be made.

As a small business in the service industry I’m sure you are aware that these appointments cannot be filled at such short notice. Thank you for your support and understanding
